Handset returned without repai

On the 22 december 2012 my handset (HTC) was admitted at Eastgate vodacare repairs for handset operating system (software) reinstallation since my upgraded operating system was malfunctioning. Even after taking my handset for 3 weeks they still send it back to me unserviced.
