Hi
I have an outstanding complaint with Cell C / Vitality Mobile for the past month. I have tried to cancel an application but I have already been billed for a contract twice and I do not even have the phone or SIM card linked to this contract. The iPhone on the other contract I applied for is in for repairs for just over a week and I do not know when I will be getting it back. I'm fed up with the bad service from Cell C / Vitality Mobile and want to cancel my contract with them immediately but am not able to get hold of any managers. Really pathetic service, I should have stuck with MTN.
