I just called 082111 to find out of my Samsung S3 screen is insured on my contract because I dropped my phone and the screen has now cracked.

The lady (if I can call her that and insult all other ladies) treated me like I was a criminal because the contract was taken out in my husbands name (because I didn't have my FICA documents with me at the time) We are married in community of property and this contract has been mine for almost 4 years now!!!

I did not want any personal details on the account - I just wanted to know if the screen is insured or if I have to buy a new phone myself! She was so rude I can hardly even put into words. PLAY THE TAPE and hear how she refused to help me first and then got all sarcastic and snarky with me asking me 'security questions' when I refused to let the issue go.

Look how much garbage I am paying for on this contract that I don't even use. Clearly the amount I pay monthly for FOUR YEARS is not enough to get some decent service thrown in for free.

Let's not even talk about the other numbers which we have had for over 15 years!!
