Cell C - Pay for no Service

Several Years ago I agreed to accept a small cellphone and repay over 12 months, I received the phone with a sim card, discarded the sim and used the phone with my own service provider. 24 months later they still deducted payments. After several complaints to my bank about stop orders still coming off, and fights with Cell c, they refused to stop the deductions. Somewhere years ago the deductions stopped eventually and after several years since, I now recieve a demand letter for hand over. Although I am sure they intend using some hidden clauses in some contract, I can only wonder how someone can demand your money for providing no service. It is unconstitutional and obsurd!!! The call center keeps cutting you off when you try and contact the Attorneys. They gave me until today to figure out how I am going to pay them. I dont even know what I should pay or what for. Go figure!
