Unbelievable service with incompetent agents!!!

Wow is seriously all i can say- we know customer service is horrible but this is mind- blowing!!!
I have in the past loaded data onto my phone and now they tell me that I can't- my package does not allow it??? seriously how did I do it before???
When speaking to a client long silences will not solve the issue... it is like no one there either read the notes of understand their systems- now a call has to be logged with Cell C as to why no data can be loaded... how long will i wait for this? Wake up Nashua Mobile in today's day and age people need their phones and with today's phones people NEED data!
Please i need this resolved as soon as possible- please i don't need messages saying people will be in contact with me- someone grow a pair pick up the phone and sort this out as soon as possible!!!
