I have had enough with a comedy of errors at Heita! I thought being called a "VIP" customer was for me to receive good service. In March/April 2013 they billed me R1500 more than my correct account. This month they forgot to deduct money from my account. Today they shut down my line without notice. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF HAVING A DEBIT ORDER??? if you did not take your money from my account and there was money there... WHY must i be punished for your mistake. Not even the Billing department could explain why they didnt bill. I am a busy man with businesses! to cut my line at month end is equal to business suicide! Are you going to compensate me for Loss of Income? You can be sure that i have had enough with this sorry excuse of a service. Another network company will be happy to Receive my R1, 500 pm in their bank.
