The basis of contract in my understanding is "consensus" between the contracting parties. I have not even heard of kulaville until i queried a cellphone statement balance. The 'subscription' may have happened by accidentally opening a pop up ad!
Subscription service billing costing R7.00 per day from May this year has cost me at least TWO THOUSAND rand without my CONSENT.
THIS SURELY CANNOT BE LAWFUL!
