I bought a voucher on the 17th January, but was unable to recharge as the systems were offline, as I was told by a call centre agent. 18th January I've tried again and still the systems were offline. 19 January I called and the systems were finally online. I followed the voice prompts and did as I was told, but the answering service kept on telling me that the voucher number I entered is invalid. I've inserted the voucher and the pin numbers as it is on the till slip, but to no avail. Finally after all this irritation I called customer service, where I spoke to Lebo and another agent who both referred me back to the answering service, which I did as they said, but still fruitless. I called customer service again; got through to Innocentia asking if she can assist from her side as I was unsuccessful with the voice prompts. She bluntly ignored my request and kept on referring me back to the answering service. I asked to speak to her superior and she told me to hold on. Since 10 minutes has passed I dropped the phone and called back only to realise that my phone has been blocked for incoming and outgoing calls. Is this what agents do to stop customers from calling in, block the lines
