Not responding to emails

After a spoke with one of your agents (Eugene Maseme) I was sent a tariff migration form to complete and email back to him.(which I did)

Since then I've requested confirmation that the form was completed correctly and that I will be downgraded by the beginning of next month. But unfortunately it would seem that you Eugene has fallen ill or has passed away since then because he has not responded to any of my follow up emails.(My best wishes go out to his family).

Eugene is not the only guilty party here as tried to contact you via your websites "Contact Customer Services" email function and have yet to receive a response.
