Poor service

I went to my telkom brach this morning at 9h00 to apply for my mix deal. I ve already got 2 mix deals because I have 3 landlines at home. They took all my details and told me that they will sent the paperwork away for approval but DID NOT do it the first 2 times. I was phoning a lot of times and still no reply. Why didn t they do it the 1 time. That is really bad for a big company like them doing bussiness like that. I will go to all the newspapers WORLD WIDE and tell everyone not to do bussiness with them ever. Shame on you telkom there are so many complaints about you. I will prefer people to neotel. BAD BAD BAD SERVICE
