New Sony Xperia supplied 28/05/13

I upgraded my Black Berry for a Sony xperia on Tuesday 28/05/13. wow great phone two weeks later phone will not charge!! Back to Vodacom Brooklyn!! The charger not charging the phone, charger and all has to go to Potchchefstroom needless to say!! July 18th the phone is back atBt Brooklyn, Friday soory but it is not fixed they have to send it back to Potchefstrrom!! Want a replacement new phone??

Sorry cannot do that you will have to wait again!! But my account has to be paid on time every month and that's what is called customer care/service!! First job number 8957565. Second job number 9042745!! How do you have a business contract with 8 users and this is how you get treated!! PLEASE!!! HELP!!!
