No answer, ever

I have been trying to get through to anyone at Telkom to arrange that my Waya Waya service be transferred to a new address. We are moving in the next few days and I still cannot reach anybody who can assist!

I have smsed and emailed as well, to no avail. Urgent feedback is required, since I may lose the service ii I can't arrange to have it transferred.
