Vodacom does not want to take responsibility

Telecommunications

I Bought a second hand blackberry. I turned to my local branch) to assist me with the transfer of info and data from my old blackberry to the new one. After initial wrong info given to me by a number of people at the branch as well as very and incable staff, my blackberry pin has somehow been broadcasted to several other country's by vodacom. I do not know how but its been done. I have been receiving bbm invites from hundreds of contacts from different countrys accross the globe every single day. I went back to the branch 2 days later and explained the problem. The manager at the branch (Karen) refused to take responsibility for this and just puts their hands in the air and say, they cant help me with my problem. And that the pin was propably linked to these contacts with the previous owner. I have been ignoring, declining and deleting these invites. Today I accepted one and questioned the sender. Lee from Indonesia. He NEVER had this pin before and never invited me as well. I also confirmed with the previous owner that he never had these people on his contact list. When I wake up in the morning the requests is close to 200. And coming through every single minute
