No refund after 11 work days since I complained

Nashua Mobile incorrectly debited my bank acc with R668 for a phone line that is deactivated. I advised them if this mistake on the 2nd of July 2013 and was told that my acc will be refunded with the amount debited and that it may take up to 7 days to reflect. It has now been 11 days and still I have not received my money. Kesley Walker has assisted me with this matter and she has been excellent. But as for the finance department... really lacking competence. R668 makes a big difference this time of the month... especially when it comes to supplies for my 1 year old.
