Vodacom dispatching phones to wrong receipients

On two accounts where I have taken my phone in for repairs at Vodacom Repairs Legacy Corner Sandton it has been a bad experience. Firstly, I never get a call or updates about the phone being processed or when it is back and ready for collection. I took it in on the 2nd of July and when I called yesterday to check if it was back, they told me that "It says on the system you collected it on Thursday 11th July" having not received any correspondence from Vodacom. I went there yesterday and they told me they dispatched it to another customer and they have tried to "EMAIL" them. Nothing has been done nor have I been contacted to be told if they had recovered the phone or the next step forward. I have been a loyal Vodacom customer but this is unacceptable as I have heard that they tend to sell customers handsets. I am highly livered and disgusted at this. I had to note that there was a delay before they noticed they had dispatched the wrong handset. A lousy excuse that our names and batch number were similar I mean why are we asked for identification if phones can easily be handed over to the wrong person. I am angry and I STILL haven't heard anything from Vodacom. People should start do
