Just thought i should WARN anyone who is thinking of taking up a contract with cell c to NEVER do it, You will get everything as advitised, Data, 100 Mins and all the works, but what it the point if you cannot use it. There is hardly a strong signal, never stable at all, and if you call the call centre, they have the nerve to say "Sir move around as i cannot hear you, your phone is breaking" but thats what you want to complain about to begin with, sometimes even the normal call or reciving one is impossible, My wife waited for me for hours after she had tried numerous attempts to give me a call and it would just go straight to voice mail, she tried sending me SMS but none were recieved by me, Only when i used the other sim card for the other network provider i was able to get hold of her, and only after all this time, everything started comming in, all the sms's and the notifications from cell c to say i have voice mails and missed calls and I pay every month for this, what is the point to have a phone and you cannot use it. I m not expecting any call from cell c customer retention centre when i m discontinuing my contract with them PLEASE.
