Sold me reject phone

Am still waiting for Vivan from the cell repair store to call me, i called her agent on Monday and i was promised a call back. I bought 2 new phone one in may and the other in June - guess what both phones aren't working. The samsung was hardly 2 weeks old when it started troubling and they say i must wait 40 days before it gets fix. I regret signing up with you guys. Worst customer experience ever.
