How can you closed the matter because I havent got my phone back I can only said it is closed when everything that is promise is been done You promise you Credit my account with R300 You will courier my phone to my home on Autopage expenses and itt will be paid by Autopage for the repair as well because it was still under guarantee Before that I can not accept that the matter is closed from your side
