Cell C
EXTREMELY Bad Signal and Service Everywhere

Hello Peter,

How are you today. I am not fine.

I have had cell C for about 3 months now. I pay a decent amount for my contract which i obviously get minutes, SMSes for and Data.

Funny thing is, I can hardly make any phone calls, send any smses, or surf the internet. On the rare occasion that I can and do, the following happens :

The call takes forever to get through, the quality is horrible and it breaks up alot.
The smses take forever to send through or dont go through at all until i have resent.
The internet is extremely slow and eats my data for nothing. When I use the chat application whatsapp my messages dont go through at all, or go through but dont get received by the user or take forever to get received. When I get sent a message it doesnt come through until sometime later, according to other contacts.

Now I am not saying that this happens all the time, but it does happen about 70-80% of the time which is unacceptable, especially since Cell C has said that they have increased there area with more signal towers and I pay for a service.

The areas I operate mostly and all are the same are:

Midrand
Randburg
Sandton
Sunninghil
Victory Park
