Don't support Autopage they are

My phone is in for repairs for more than 3months and they have not even called me after logging a article on hello Peter. Yet again they about calling. Yet they don't forget to debt my account. Can anyone please advice me what too do? I'm lost, the new credit act is been violated. Please don't support Autopage everyone I spoke to who deals with them have nightmares.
