GET BILLED FOR DATA FOR NO REASON

For the last 4 months now I keep on loosing airtime for using data but I have n Black Berry and the Cell C tells me its calling fee but when i looked at the statement its only data what they charge me on. they refuse to help me and tell me why i keep on loosing airtime.
