Written off contract plus an un arranged debit deduction

Iam happy to submit my complaint for your perusal

I made a call on may at 8ta help desk for activating my contract account which was out of collection due to affordability crisis. I received a message on junesaying i must put my sim card and restart my fone then i will start using the simcard, i did that yet i still couldn't access the network. Today i received debit message that reads as follows Capitec Bank: Debit Order -R598.60 from SAVINGS ACCOUNT; Ref TELKOMMOBI50072632001004225163TELEPHONE; Avail R1218.96; 15-Jul. Call 0860102043 . My problem is that i didn't arrange for this deduction and iam getting paid on month end and iam still wondering what is this deduction for because the sim cards are not functioning. If possible i would like the debit to be reversed back into my account by means of 8ta sending an authorising letter to my bank. i would sincerely make an arrangement as to when deductions should commence.

Ican be very happy to get help as soon as possible.
