Charge not communicated!!!

I gave my phone in for repairs and it was sent back as i did not agree to the repair charges however when i gave in the phone it was not communicated to me that i would have to pay a charge of R150.00 if i did not agree to the repair quote! What kind of customer service is that??? Incompetent staff should not be tolerated!!! Thats not all, a sim swop was done and charged to my account for one of my contract phones without my consent and this while im in Johannesburg!!! How does that happen??? How do you transact on someones account without them knowing??? Upington branch has by far the worst service.
