Being Billed incorrectly

Last month I applied for our business for line, 2 for telephony and 2 for data. the ones for data was on MTN broadban 1GB. To my surprise when the invoice came I was charged R305.84 (PARTIAL) and R499 (full month) which is for the 5GB, yet in the invoice it clearly says I'm on 1GB!!! After numerous calls to Auto-page I just been given ref. numbers but no one borders to call back.
