I have been battling with reception and sending/receiving messages and phone calls for months. I have been to my local branch and they informed that they suspect that it might be my sim card. I did a sim swop. I have tried to put my sim card in different phones, but I still have the same problem. I called the call centre on 26 June 2013 for them log a complaint with Cell C. REF 2001500325, I spoke to Fergus. Today I phoned the call centre again to find out what the progress on my complaint is, only to find that the complaint was logged and Cell C came back to Nashua to say that I need to fill in a Network Problem Investigation Sheet. This I was unaware of as no one from Nashua bothered to follow up and send the sheet to me. Ann sent me the sheet immediately after my call today. I need to know when my problem will be sorted, as I pay my contract every month and I am currently not getting any joy from my phone.
