Signal or Connection

I got a 3G dongle from Mtn on contract a few months ago. Since I have had it I can do what I want, buy ariels, make satalite like thing to try and get signal in 3G but it barely gets signal in EDGE as well. When I go on the net or do somthing of that sort it will start like fire and lightning, quickest speeds you can imagen but about 5 or so minutes in it will just drop away. and maybe spike every 10 minutes or so. It is HIGHLY bad for me as I am also in university and need to submit things over the net and so on, imagen you have a dead line for an assigment and its marks are the most important to your year and the internet just wont work no matter what you do. I am part of a famely who are Mtn fans. We all have a few contracts and so on at Mtn, I myself have 3. But after this experiance i will not even consider going back to Mtn unless the fix this problem.
