Paperwork not logged and missing, no feedback!

I logged a request to a deal on 30 June 2013 and on Saturday 06 July 2013 still had no reply. When phoning the branch there is no answer. They were robbed on Thursday 4 July 2013 and use this as an excuse to my paperwork which is now missing (which I only find out after going in to the store almost a week and a half later). Apparently my paperwork was never logged and it is missing, presumed during the! When going to the store you are met with an attitude that makes you feel unwelcome and uncomfortable and I get the feeling that the sales people just DO NOT WANT to be of assistance. I would NEVER recommend them to anybody. It seems that MTN overall has bad service at all branches since this is not the first branch that we had extremely poor service.
