I received an email from Autopage to say that my credit card was expiring from where my payment normally gets paid from. I sent them the new number and was told it was updated on the system. It was not updated and I had to pay extra charges, this has happened twice this year. Last week I sent a mail again to tell them I had changed account numbers would they please update there records. I asked to change other things too. Once again I got an sms to say the money did not go through and I had to pay a penalty again. If I could close this account altogether I would, I am sick of there promises and and I will never make use of there services ever again
