Bad service from vodacom and trade partne

I moved jobs and took the cellphone number with me. I was told to Rica'd the number as soon as I landed in the country. The number is 0823127153, the store was not able to sort this for me as there was a IT issue on the system. It has been 2 days since this escalated but there is no resolution as yet. Although this is not the stores fault and they have been quite patient it is unacceptable that this has not been resolved
