I have a contract with mtn store and my cell was and insurance payed out for me to have another phone which i hadSTORE IN SOWETO to go pick up at JABULANI MALL MTN O because they had the device in stock..its now been almost a month since i have taken the device to them and have not received any feedback from LUNGA whom i have been contacting. She has not dvised me of anything concerning my enquiry and has not even bothered to communicate with me and acknowledge of anything i should do. I am really disported in mtn of how we customers are treated ion Soweto. The service there is bad and the consultants have attitude. Now where are we expected to go... when they debit their monthly payment nothing ever goes wrong but when we need help they give such a bad service. It really really hurts that we have to go throught such treatment. MTN JABULANI MALL SHOULD DO SOMETHING WITH THE SERVICE THAT THEY ARE GIVING TO CLIENTS... I AM AN MTN CLIENT AND HAVE TWO CONTRACTS WITH THEM AND I AM NOT CERTAINLY NOT HAPPY WITH THIS... THEIR HEAD OFFICE HAS NOT EVEN CAME BACK TO ME AS I HAVE ESCALATED THE MATTER TO THEM AND LAID A COMPLAINT... IS THIS WHAT WE SHOULD LIVE WITH??
