3G problems

Hi i have complained before but i then learned about fare usage. But these days for some reason i can barely connect. it keeps saying connection terminated by remote computer? please help on this. someone also phoned to our house and they asked about my computer and i don't know why because i was not home. My dad answered and they did not want to talk to him. had no contact since and id say it was about at the same time i started getting connection problems... About 3 weeks now. If it was MTN please contact me on my cell: 083 776 4127. id like to know what it was about. i use my connection mainly for playing online games downloading game updates and watching videos on Youtube. Please i need some assistance. i had a satisfactory reply the last time. Please have a good answer this time too. Thank you.
