Internet connection time-out when watching YouTube

I don't understand why they would do this but whenever I go onto youtube using my 3G dongle the internet slows down so e few bytes per second. Its only with youtube, i have tested this for a week now and whenever I stream from other sites nothing happends but with youtube it happens every time between 00;25 and 00:29 min. like clockwork. I have a 5gig bundle i use for educational channels on youtube and I'm angry that they would let this happen during my exams. I am wasting my time and money with Cell C and i will never do business with them again.
