NEVER FOLLOWING UP ON CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have 2 contracts with MTN, one of the contracts is due for an ungrade I went there on the 01-07-2013 to upgrade to a Tablet. I was very excited when they told me it will be there the following day THEY WILL PHONE ME. The following day I HAD TO PHONE THEM TWICE, to hear what is going on. After all that they tell me that they may not have stock for me.

Why not just tell me from the beginning that it will take up to 4 weeks. Then I know where I am standing with you and not get excited for getting the TOY before I go on leave.

Thank you MTN for dissipointing me for the 4th time. I THINK THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME!!!
