No Stock!

Thursday or Friday I upgraded my cellphone contract, they tell me tuesday my phone will be available for collection. 2 People working in the shop, the line of people extending to outside the shop. I wait for an hour for my turn, (Friday I also waited an hour). When it comes to my turn, the guy tells me the warehouse has no stock!!! I wouldn't have had a problem had the the decency to pick up the phone and tell me they had no stock! I'm sure being a phone company it wouldn't cost them so much!
