I booked my BB in to be fixed for the 4th time with still no resolution. The phone is still not fixed and they have now had it for 12 days without any repair process or progress. When enquiring about it for the 4th time, they advised that the proof of purchase was not added, yet on the paperwork, they have indicated that it was recieved at the time of booking the phone in. The service, or lack thereof, has resulted in me being without a phone for a total of 2 months within just over a year, and there is still no resolution time in the near foreseaable future. Something as simple as a turn around time cannot even be provided. I am having to make alternate arrangements, as i use my phone for work, and this is causing problems for me. This is getting ABSOLUTELY ridiculous and there better be some sort of resolution - quickly - or else I may have to resort to legal action against MTN.
