Cell C
No response after request to cancel contract

So i phoned Cell C call centre to cancel a contract of mine. The guy told me he will forward to cancellations WHO WILL GIVE ME A CALL BACK. This was on 18th June 2013. Its 1st July and still no call back.
Now considering that they have not called me back, do i get charged for an extra month.
