Terrible reception even with booster aerial

Some time ago I contacted Mtn about the poor reception in my area. they came and put in a booster aerial and it has been working perfectly.
Two weeks ago my MTN 3g went from HSDPA (97%) to EDGE .
I cannot get on the net and I am unable to conduct my business without the internet.
I tried to contact MTN on my cell phone and got a message that told me I was unable to contact this number on a pay as you go phone.
I then e-mailed MTN who told me that they had been having problems, but, that it was now resolved. I have still got EDGE and no internet. I will lose the data (1.75g still left) that I have been unable to use.
I don't see why I should pay for a service that I am not getting.
