I bought 2 Sony Xperia GO supposed to be water resisstant phones on contract.
The one phone after taking it out of its packaging I have tested in a bowl of water nothing happened the other one I gave to my girlfriend at that time her phone kept for two weeks and as she also wanted to test the water resisstant feature she went into the sea with her phone the phone powered down and she took it in for repairs 2 months have passed and everytime we go there they tell me to sort it out with the call centre because I am at the point of cancelling both contracts and going back to prepaid
