2nd hand goods sold and no internet and no service

In June myself and my husband went for upgrades at Pretoria North MTN.The first day we were in the shop for 5 hours, second day 3 hours. Where on that day we were sold secondhand BUDDY GLOVE COVERS for a S4 and S3 mini Samsung phones. The covers have already broken since then. Since the 18th after we had already gone to the Kolonade centre for assistance and again to the Pretoria North centre as we can basically not even use these phones as they say (NO CONNECTION) we need these phones for business purposes. We were plainly told by various people at MTN that they are experiencing problems with the internet, no other explanations were given. What I cant understand is that I have a Blackberry that is on MTN pay as you go and the phone receives BBMs and Wattsapp messages etc. We also have an internet connection for our laptops and we still receive emails on these aswell. WE WANT A FULL REFUND ON THE PHONES AND AND ACCESSORIES AND WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL OUR CONTRACT.
