I called the call centre for the second time today as my query was to find out if i can upgrade a month earlier. I was helped by a lady by the name Robin who firstly could'nt help me as she had so called problems with her computer and then she could not log back in. She did not offer to call back, nothing (bare in mind, I held on for 20 min just for someone to answer) i asked her in general if it would be possible to upgrade earlier and explained why. she did not even refer the matter or nothing, just bluntly said no. No reason nothing. After I contested her decision, she then offered to refer the matter and transferred me to your contract's upgrades and the call just cut. I am sad to say that I am starting to question the service I receive from Vodacom. Whenever I talk to people wrt telecoms. I suggest Vodacom. Also you staff in Centurion mall was not helpful with the same issue I had previously. What is going on???
