MTN SP Insurance to repair phone

Phone screen damaged. Send phone in months ago for repair
Received MTNSP insurance notification letter on the 17th of May from Kwazikwenkosi Dube
Then i emailed him on the 18th of June to ask when am i getting the phones and he does not respond.
Emailed him on the 27th of June and still no response.

Why have MTN insurance if it takes months to get a phone repaired.
