Breach of Contract

I was one of the people that got lured in by the attractive deal from 8ta where you get 10gb a month. At first the internet speeds were incredible and I was more than satisfied, several months later though there is a different tone in the network. Speeds have become so slow that you can hardly do a google search. I believe 8ta is in breach of contract as they are more than willing to take my money, but they cannot provide a fast enough service. Why must i pay for a service and not receive it!! I want my contract canceled!!

If i knew this was going to happen i would have rather gone with MTN or some other RELIABLE mobile network
