Repudiating insurance claim on baseless informatio

As a loyal autopage client I have never missed a single payment including insurance payments. Now I hear that my claim is not being paid out because the last SIM card used in the stollen phone was not an autopage sim. While in my possession no other SIM was ever put into the phone so how can you repudiate the claim because the replaced my SIM with their own after the fact? Look at your own records and you can see that ive been using the phone up until the day it was stollen... Very unfair and I'm not willing to accept it
