Cell c does not have any loyalty and trustworthy

First they said I have a contract with them which is in arrears, they threaten me of blacklisting me, them after all the document I did provide to them, I was wrongly accused, the contract was cancelled because I did not have it with them.

Now when I check my credit record it shows that they did blacklist me saying I have an amount in arrears on the invalid contract they did claim first and say I owe them.

What hurt is I do pay them without any issues on the contract I know I have with them.

They are bad service provider I have ever worked with in my entire life.
