In 2008 I got a contract with Vodacom via Telesales. In 2010 they phoned me, asking if I want to upgrade the contract. We specifically said NO!!! Now, 3 years later, we receive a call from attorneys saying that the account was handed over. Never in all this time did anyone contact me regarding this matter to say that the contract was still active or there is still an outstanding amount on the account.

And as Vodacom can see that there has been NO ACTIVITY on this number since 2010.

After sending Vodacom the required documents that they needed to correct this matter on multiple occasions, I just received a sms saying that my account has been handed over. It just feels like nobody seems to communicate or care that I am innocently going to be blacklisted!!!
