MTN INTERNET DOWn ONCE AGAIN

MTN incoming mail server has been down in the Pretoria East area since 21 June 2013. Our business depends on internet and we receive any given moment at least 30 mails (important) at a time. This is frustrating! Last year this time the internet was down without any warning for 8 weeks in my area. We are on a business package and I just do not see any consideration from MTN regarding small businesses. They are constantly upgrading towers with no service! This is unacceptable and the call centre can not give a turn around time for this matter. I have to create another email from a g-mail account or something and it looks quite unprofessional and all my customers are complaining because they do not get hold of me. MTN should create an error message with alternative e-mail address options when mails delivery failed in order for business continuity. Can they not create a space where an alternative e-mail address could be added in order to notify important customers (mine). It seems impractical to send out a message myself to over 2500 customers one by one. They are not helping small businesses! We loose business!
