Cell c - ripping me off on Internet usage emails

I've subscribed to Cell C's smart data post paid 2gb, it's a contract for 24 months. It's just been 2 months and they've already billed me R1900, I only use my ipad for emails and and a few apps like supersport to check updates on latest score etc. surely that cannot finish the 2GB that I get for this subscription. The contract says that I need to pay R99 per month, but how come I'm getting ripped off like this, paying R1200 this month, how can it be, this is.
