Wrong billing after a year and a half???

I have been with Autopage for the past year and a half, the 1st year went smoothly and now all has broken loose, and nobody can control a thing

I am on a contract for R267.49 a month... well I am suppose to be!! From January all I have had is problems with my hand held, which was eventually sorted out after much fighting and complaining!! thought the customer is always right??

Then my contract went up to nearly R300 a month, then after more fighting and cancelling things that they have automatically added onto my account without me signing for it, my bill has never been back to R267.49.

Currently it is still above that!

How can there be so many problems with a billing department? Do the staff not know how to use a computer??

I will never take another contract with autopage hands down! I cant wait to cancel this one!!
