Why am I being Charged R148

I went to vodacom Cresta on the 16 May 2013 to renew my contract and was charged R150 but Im still paying R148.According to the contract I signed I was only supposed to be billed R99, what is it that was not done and I wantt my R48 back, its a small amount of cash but if you are the same amount of money from all your clients then you are commiting.
