I have been trying to load airtime for the last 8 hours and each time I do I get an error code "invalid recharge pin". I have changed handsets 3 times and its does the same thing with all the other phones. The call centre was not help full and as a result I have been barred for 3 hours before I can attempt loading airtime. The network is nothing short pathetic, people can't reach and I can't make calls. This has happened of more the three occasions. Even with airtime there are times when you can't call any one because there is no network connection. If I was in danger how the would I call for help you rubbish network.
